Our signature package includes: 2 x 3D body scans - 1 initial scan and 1 progress scan, initial consultation, bespoke nutrition plan with access to our nutrition app & a training plan (at-home/ gym-based). Plus, 24-hour support and guidance. Optional extras: Inclusive access to classes, 1-2-1 PT sessions, metabolic (VO2 max) assessment (measure of aerobic capacity to identify individual target training zones based on maximal heart rate and ventilatory thresholds).
