PRIVATE AND SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Erin offers both private and semi-private personal training, for individuals and small groups (max 6).
Erin utilises her experience in multiple training disciplines to create sessions which are constantly varied, combining cardio and resistance (weight) training with body-weight exercises to improve overall fitness, stamina and endurance as well as strengthening and toning. Erin can design sessions to help you work towards specific goals, whether it’s sculpting your arms, abs and glutes, strengthening your core, or recovering from an injury. Sessions will be challenging, but also achievable and tailored to the group or individual, ensuring that every client leaves feeling accomplished.
Private and Semi-private PT is perfect if you find the idea of a packed, large-scale gym a little intimidating or if you want to enjoy the benefits of a supportive small-group atmosphere, whilst also getting the individual attention of a personal training session. Unlike larger boot-camp style classes, we can focus on the fundamentals of form, ensuring correct and safe movement, whilst also tracking the progression of each client.
