BARRE CLASSES

NRSH BARRE CLASSES

Train like a dancer at Nourish Yoga and Fitness Studio! This class cleverly combines ballet Barre training (without the need for a barre) with elements of Yoga and Pilates, to create a high-energy workout with a focus on body conditioning. Targeting the core and lower body, this class will help to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture, all whilst torching calories and toning muscles from head to toe. Using props such as resistance bands and Pilates balls, this class is designed to challenge and inspire you to reach new heights of physical fitness all whilst having fun and embracing your inner grace and strength. Suitable for beginners. 45 mins. Practised without heat.

Targeting all major muscle groups, these thoughtfully designed sessions will enhance your strength, flexibility and overall well-being through a series of low-impact, highly effective exercises suitable for all fitness levels. Utilising props such as ankle and hand weights, resistance bands and balls, this class will only help you to build a strong, stable core. Regular practice will also increase your functional range of motion, improve your posture and help you to develop better balance and co-ordination. Add to this the calming effects of mindful movement and you will find that incorporating Pilates into your exercise regime will not only aid in stress reduction, but will leave you feeling more empowered and connected. NRSH BANDS & BALLS

Led by Courtney, our resident barre and dance teacher, Bands & Balls is a dynamic and engaging fitness class designed to improve strength, as well as toning and sculpting muscles. Utilising equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates balls and hand-weights, you will perform a variety of conditioning exercises in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Expect an energising soundtrack and an after-burn that will leave you feeling strong, defined and accomplished! This class provides a full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. 45 mins. Unheated.
