At Nourish Yoga and Fitness studio, we offer a diverse range of classes incorporating many different styles of yoga as well as private and semi-private personal training. Please check out our Classes and Small Group PT page for full class descriptions. 

The studio is heated using infrared technology, enabling us to fine-tune the temperature of the room to suit the style of class.  Classes are conducted between 24 and 30 degrees, with classes at the upper range defined as ‘hot’, whilst others are simply cosy.  Our intention is that you are never chilly during your practice as this is not conducive to an optimal yoga practice. 

Heat helps to create a detoxifying sweat that stimulates blood circulation, increases flexibility and promotes recovery.  It also boosts mood and improves sleep. 

Our classes are varied to provide something for everyone.  Most are suitable for complete beginners, with others offering more challenging sequences, whilst still remaining accessible.  Our teachers are very experienced and able to modify to suit individual ability.  You do not need to be bendy or flexible to enjoy or reap the benefits of yoga. Our studio benefits from many different parking options including:

Coal Orchard short stay car park (behind the studio) free before 8am, after 6pm and all day Sunday.

Morrison’s car park (just across the bridge behind the studio, near the Brewhouse Theatre) free for 2 hours.

St James’ Street (on street parking) free before 8am, after 6pm and all day Sunday.

Canon Street short stay car park (cut through via Middle Street) free before 8am, after 6pm and all day Sunday.

3 unrestricted parking bays outside of the studio (first come, first served basis) free all day, everyday.

2 loading bays outside of the studio, unrestricted after 6pm and on Sundays.

Somerset County Cricket Ground – long-stay car park, a few minutes walk from the studio. 

You do not need to bring anything other than yourself.  We provide the very best Manduka yoga equipment for our sessions, including mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and weights.  Please do bring a yoga mat towel if you have one and a water bottle.  We rent mat towels for £3 and sell premium Manduka Yogitoes towels in studio, as well as a selection of cold drinks. 

We recommend wearing comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. For yoga classes, fitted clothing is ideal to ensure proper alignment and comfort.  We sell a great range of yoga and activewear in our store and online at https://nourishyoga.store All yoga classes are conducted barefoot.  For fitness sessions, please wear trainers. 

You can cancel by ‘leaving’ the class on our booking portal.  We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you cancel more than 24 hours before your class, your account will be credited or you will receive a refund.  If you cancel within 24 hours, your session or payment is forfeited. 

We do offer an exclusive membership for our most frequent and loyal clients. Otherwise, classes can be booked by purchasing session packs. Click to buy.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, however we kindly ask you to arrive 10-15 mins before class.  If you are not signed in by the start of class, you will not be allowed into class and your spot may be given away. 

We have a locker room and changing area where you can store your belongings securely.  We also have a lovely shower room with complimentary towels, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. 

We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating in any physical activity, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. Our experienced instructors can provide modifications to accommodate your needs during classes. However, our teachers are very experienced and can offer modifications to accommodate any additional needs during classes. If you are pregnant, it is not recommended to attend sessions that are conducted above normal room temperature. Please look out for our dedicated pre-natal classes which will be launching soon!
