Experience deep Yin to the soundtrack of chilled Ibiza beats. Increasing the therapeutic benefits of Yin yoga with the additional benefit of heat, this practice focuses on holding deep stretches for an extended period (1-5 mins), targeting deep connective tissues like tendons, fascia and ligaments, in order to lengthen and release built-up tension.
